Welcome to meganpinsler.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Megan Pinsler LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Megan Pinsler LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). Megan Pinsler LLC is owned and operated by Megan Urednickova, who works under the professional and social media name "Megan Pinsler." By accessing or using this Site, purchasing any service through it, or joining the Anchor & Bloom Community Facebook group, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or join the Community.

This document should be read together with our Disclaimer page, which is incorporated here by reference.

1. Who We Are

"Megan Pinsler" is the professional and social media name of Megan Urednickova, founder of Megan Pinsler LLC, who works as a Certified Somatic Trauma Informed Coach. Megan Urednickova, operating under Megan Pinsler LLC, is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or attorney, and nothing on this Site, in any coaching session, in any freebie or download, or in the Anchor & Bloom Community constitutes therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal advice. Please see our full Disclaimer for details.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site, purchase services, or join the Anchor & Bloom Community. By using the Site or joining the Community, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Offered

Megan Pinsler LLC offers coaching services, educational content, and community access, including but not limited to:

• The Still Waters Session (1:1 coaching, single 90-minute session)

• Individual 1:1 coaching sessions (single 60-minute sessions, purchased one at a time)

• 1:1 coaching session packages (6-session and 12-session packages)

• The First Step Call (complimentary introductory call)

• The Anchor & Bloom Community (a paid-access private Facebook group)

• Free and paid digital downloads, guides, and educational materials

These services are coaching and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal counsel.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

All 1:1 coaching services, including the Still Waters Session, Individual Sessions, and any session package, are governed by a separate signed Coaching Agreement provided to you before your first paid session. The Coaching Agreement covers fees, cancellation and rescheduling terms, refund schedules, session format (sessions are conducted online by video call), confidentiality, and other terms specific to the 1:1 coaching relationship. These Terms & Conditions apply to your general use of this Site; the Coaching Agreement governs the 1:1 coaching relationship itself and controls over these Terms in the event of any conflict regarding 1:1 coaching services.

All cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests related to 1:1 coaching must be made by email, as further described in the Coaching Agreement.

4. Anchor & Bloom Community (Facebook Group)

The Anchor & Bloom Community is a paid-access, private Facebook group for Christians affected by domestic abuse and coercive control, operated on a name your own price model.

• Not a substitute for crisis support or therapy. The Community is a peer support and educational space. It is not therapy, crisis intervention, or emergency support, and it is not staffed or monitored around the clock. If you are in immediate danger, see the crisis resources at the bottom of this page and on every page of this Site.

• No confidentiality guarantee among members. Unlike a 1:1 coaching relationship, anything you share in the group is visible to other members. We ask all members to respect each other's privacy, but Megan Pinsler LLC cannot guarantee or control what other members do with information shared in the group.

• Member conduct. Members agree not to harass, threaten, shame, or theologically condemn other members; not to share other members' identifying information outside the group; and not to use the group to locate, monitor, or contact another member's current or former partner. Megan Pinsler LLC reserves the right to remove any member, at any time, for any reason, including suspected bad-faith participation, without refund of any payment already made for that period.

• Payment. The Community operates on a name your own price model. Access is granted upon a one-time payment made at signup; this payment is non-refundable once group access has been granted. Membership does not expire and is not billed on a recurring basis. From time to time, you may receive an email inviting you to make an additional voluntary contribution to support the Community. These requests are optional, are not automatically charged, and your continued access to the group is never contingent on responding to them.

• Group rules. Full group rules are posted in the group's pinned post / files section and are part of these Terms.
  
  

5. Ownership of Content & Intellectual Property

All written content on this Site and in the Anchor & Bloom Community, including downloadable guides, graphics, and any original frameworks or color palette, is the property of Megan Pinsler LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission. The Anchor & Bloom logo was created by a third-party designer and remains that designer's copyrighted work; Megan Pinsler LLC has a license to use it in connection with its business. The Anchor & Bloom name, as used by Megan Pinsler LLC in connection with its coaching services, is a trademark of Megan Pinsler LLC under common law, based on its use in commerce.

You may share links to public content (such as blog posts or public Reels) for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution.

6. User Conduct

When using this Site or the Anchor & Bloom Community, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or Community for any unlawful purpose

• Harass, threaten, or attempt to identify, locate, or contact other users without consent

• Misrepresent your identity or reason for joining the Community

• Attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without permission

• Upload or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, or infringes on another's rights
  
  

7. Payment, Pricing & Refunds

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• Payment for the Still Waters Session, Individual Sessions, and any 1:1 coaching package is due at the time of purchase, governed by the specific terms in your signed Coaching Agreement.

• Payment for Community access is due at the time of purchase, governed by the specific terms in Section 4 above.

• Free digital downloads and guides ("freebies") are provided at no cost and are non-refundable, as no payment is collected for them.

• Community membership payments follow the terms in Section 4.
  
  

8. No Guarantee of Results

Megan Pinsler LLC does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, emotional state, relationship outcome, or life decision as a result of using this Site, attending a coaching session, or participating in the Anchor & Bloom Community. Coaching, educational content, and community participation are tools for growth and self-understanding; what you do with them, and the outcome, is your responsibility. See our Disclaimer for more on personal responsibility and decision-making, especially regarding decisions about an abusive relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Megan Pinsler LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site, any coaching service, any digital product, or the Anchor & Bloom Community, including but not limited to damages related to decisions you make about your relationships, safety, health, or legal matters.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megan Pinsler LLC and its founder from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person, including other Community members.

11. Third-Party Links and Content

This Site and the Anchor & Bloom Community may contain links to third-party websites, hotlines, or resources (including those listed in our crisis resources section). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Community after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, Community, or any coaching service will first be addressed through good-faith informal communication between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation in Florida before pursuing litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue the matter in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, including small claims court where appropriate.
